How should I wash my garments to keep them in the best condition?

Most of our garments are made from natural fabrics such as cotton, denim, and other high-quality fibers, ensuring comfort and durability. To keep them in perfect condition, we recommend washing them with care.

You can use a washing machine for most pieces, except for those with appliqués, embellishments, or hand-embroidered details.

Garments with appliqués or embellishments should be hand-washed to ensure their longevity, as these details are delicate and their adhesive may not withstand certain dryers. For this reason, we recommend hand-washing tank tops, tees, and jeans that feature these applications.

Hand-embroidered pieces require special care since they are crafted with great attention to detail. As artisanal works, we also suggest hand-washing them to preserve their design and quality.

Is the fit of the jeans high rise or low rise?

Most Paula Jassir jeans are mid-rise, which is very characteristic of our shape. If you want to wear your criss-cross jeans or cargo pants in a lower-rise style, we recommend taking a size up.

Are the jeans true to size or should I order a size up?

Most of our references are true to size, in case a reference runs small you will find it detailed in the description notifying that it is better to order a larger size.

Can I order custom-made/personalized jeans?

No, all references are made by production due to the tailoring and laundry process. Making and processing a single jean would not be environmentally sustainable. Only references with feathers and/or appliqués are handled as custom-made.

Are all products made in Colombia?

Yes, all our products are 100% Colombian-made with high quality denim.

How do I calculate shipping?

Shipping is calculated just before paying, we ship all over the world from Colombia, shipping cost is 20 dollars. 

What should I do if a product does not fit me?

How do discounted product exchanges work? (Terms and conditions)

1. Returns or credit exchanges for discounted products are not accepted.

2. The product can only be exchanged for the same size if it is available. The exchange must be made within 10 days of receiving the product.

3. BIRTHDAY SALE discounts only apply from January 15 to 17 in the Paula Jassir physical and online store.

What are the delivery times?

Orders will be dispatched on the next business day after purchase. All orders are shipped via FEDEX and DHL. Delivery times are as follows:

  • USA and Latin America: 3 to 6 business days.
  • Europe, Asia, and Oceania: 4 to 8 business days.

Prices

All prices are in US Dollars. Prices may change without notice from time to time. The prices do not include taxes and shipping charges. The sales taxes applied in accordance with applicable state and local regulations based on your shipping address.

You are responsible for the shipping charges associated with the delivery of the products you purchase on the Website. The applicable sales taxes amount and the shipping charges are specified on the total amount due.

Returning Products

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase at www.paulajassir.com, you have the possibility of returning the products to our webshop. We would like you to have a pleasant experience shopping with us and this is why we offer a return service. You have 28 days to return your order, beginning from the day you (or another person assigned by you) received it. 

Shipping costs for returns will be assumed by the customer.

You can expect to receive a full refund within 14 days after we receive the goods, by the same means of payment that was used for the original transaction. 

We will do our best to process your refund as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 14 business days from receipt. The refund will be issued to the original payment method and in the same currency. Please note the exact timing will depend on the bank or credit card issuer.

The costs of shipping and any import taxes or other taxes and duties paid are non-refundable.
