RETURNS & REFUNDS

All return requests must be communicated to our team before sending the product back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered or reimbursed by Paula Jassir.

Any customs duties, import taxes or other fees incurred when returning an order to Colombia depend on the regulations of the country of origin and are also the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm whether it meets our return conditions and proceed with the refund accordingly.

PAYPAL PAYMENTS

For orders paid through PayPal, the fees retained by PayPal at the time of payment will be deducted from the refund amount, as these fees are non refundable.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase whenever possible.

The brand reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our return conditions.
