Shipping policy

All international orders are shipped from Colombia within 2 to 3 business days after the order is placed.

Latin America

For major cities, delivery may take approximately 5 to 6 business days. This includes cities such as Miami, New York, Boston, Mexico City, Buenos Aires and Santiago de Chile.

For destinations outside major cities, delivery may take approximately 8 to 10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures and the local carrier.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Any costs associated with exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer, including return shipping costs.

In the case of a refund, the original shipping costs are non refundable and any return shipping costs must also be covered by the customer.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country. These costs are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs fees are generally low, but they vary depending on the destination country’s regulations and the value of the order.
