Shipping policy

We ship to any part of Colombia, shipments will be dispatched within 3 business days after making the purchase.

In Barranquilla, orders will be dispatched the same day or the next business day after making the purchase, this will depend on the time at which the order is placed.

The shipping process begins when the product leaves our warehouse and arrives at the destination address. Once the shipment is sent, we will send you the guide so that you can follow up. For shipments in Barranquilla, the estimated time and day of delivery will be notified.

National shipments have a delivery period of up to 7 business days.
