PAULA JASSIR in the development of its corporate purpose and its relations with third parties, understood as clients, employees, suppliers, creditors, strategic allies, subsidiaries, subordinates, among others; constantly collects data to carry out various purposes and uses within which the following may be framed:
- Administrative, commercial, promotional, informational, marketing and sales purposes.
- Offer all types of commercial services; as well as carry out promotion, marketing, advertising campaigns.
- Search for a closer knowledge with all its clients, suppliers, employees and third parties.
In relation to the above, PAULA JASSIR may carry out the following actions:
Obtain, store, compile, exchange, update, collect, process, reproduce and/or dispose of the data or partial or total information of those owners who grant it the proper authorization in the terms required by law and in the formats that it deems convenient for each case.
Classify, order, separate the information provided by the owner of the data.
Conduct research, compare, verify and validate the data obtained in due form with credit risk centers with which it has commercial relations.
Extend the information obtained in accordance with the Law, to the companies with which it contracts the services of capture, storage and management of its databases prior to the proper authorizations obtained in this regard.
Transfer the data or information partially or totally to its subsidiaries, businesses, companies and/or affiliated entities and strategic allies.
Evaluate the quality of the service and carry out marketing studies on consumer habits and statistical analysis for internal use.
Share employee information with different entities when the employee so requests.
Procedure for queries and claims made by data owners
Validity of the database
The Data Protection Treatment Policy for Data Owners will be in force as of January 1, 2022. The databases managed by PAULA JASSIR will be maintained as long as it carries out its corporate purpose and as long as it is necessary to ensure compliance with legal, labor and accounting obligations.
The databases in which personal data will be recorded will be valid for the same period of time that the information is maintained and used for the purposes described in this policy. Once that purpose(s) is(are) fulfilled and as long as there is no legal or contractual obligation to retain your information, the data will be deleted from our databases.
Any change affecting the content of the authorization will be communicated in a timely manner to the data owners through the usual means of contact.
